Dr. Dyanna Haley-Rezac, PT, DPT, OCS, NCS, FAAOMPT , CFMP is the co-owner of Rezac & Associates Physical Therapy (rezacpt.com) with her husband, Scott Rezac, in Colorado Springs, CO and Affiliate Faculty at Regis University in Denver, CO. She is a 2001 graduate of Slippery Rock University's Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program. Dr. Haley-Rezac became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) in 2007 and recertified in 2016, Board Certified Neurological Specialist (NCS) in 2016, Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) in 2013 and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP) in 2019. She also became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2011, Certified Golf Fitness Instructor - Medical Professional 2 (CGFI-MP2) in 2011 and a Certified Kineso Taping Practitioner (CKTP) in 2003.

Dr. Haley-Rezac's journey of practice through orthopedic, neurological and vestibular rehabilitation brought her to focus on central sensitization and trauma. In 2019, she made a shift to Functional Medicine where she works with these patients virtually via telehealth on whole person recovery from a mind, body and spirit perspective. Her practice includes genetic testing, microbiome and epigenetics (lifestyle factors of nutrition, sleep, mindfulness and connection that impact genetics) to overcome autoimmune, adrenal and endocrine disorders that create chronic pain and disability. She continues to mentor their clinicians at Rezac PT as well as DPT students, Residents and Fellows.

In 2018, Dr. Haley-Rezac was recognized as the Signe Brunnstrom Clinical Educator of the Year by the national APTA. She was honored as CO APTA Outstanding Physical Therapist of the year in 2016 and a Bob Doctor Service Award recipient in 2012. She has served as the Professional Development Committee Chair for CO APTA serving 10 years on this committee, CO SE District Chair and Secretary as well as Delegate to the APTA House of delegate several years.

She is most passionate about educating and collaborating on the topics of Functional Medicine, Epigenetics, Central Sensitization/Pain Neuroscience and Telehealth.
